When using Emetric Jobs, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications

5. Job Posts and Applications
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job posts they publish. Job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted in applications. Emetric Jobs does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not a party to any employment agreement formed between users.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Billing: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select.
Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
Changes to pricing: Emetric Jobs may change subscription pricing at any time, with notice provided before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Emetric Jobs, excluding content submitted by users, is owned by Emetric Jobs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Termination
Emetric Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
